PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE KESSIO PLATFORM (“SERVICE”) OPERATED BY [COMPANY NAME] (“COMPANY”, “WE”, “US”, OR “OUR”). BY ACCESSING, USING, OR OTHERWISE INTERACTING WITH THE SERVICE IN ANY MANNER, YOU (“USER”, “YOU”, OR “YOUR”) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
1. Nature and Scope of the Service
Kessio is a data processing, analytics, and monitoring platform that enables users to upload, process, transform, and interpret structured and semi-structured datasets, including but not limited to CSV files and operational data. The Service generates derived outputs such as classifications, summaries, metrics, and insights based on user-provided inputs and internal processing systems. You acknowledge that the Service is an analytical tool only and does not constitute operational control software, decision-making systems, or guaranteed-output infrastructure.
2. User Responsibility for Data
You acknowledge and agree that all data submitted to the Service is solely your responsibility. This includes, without limitation, responsibility for its accuracy, completeness, legality, formatting, and appropriateness. The Company does not verify, validate, or audit any user-submitted data and shall not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete inputs. Any reliance on processed outputs derived from such data is entirely at your own risk.
3. Data Processing Limitations
The Service relies on automated systems including parsing logic, heuristic matching, probabilistic classification, and algorithmic transformations. Such systems are inherently subject to limitations and may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or misinterpreted. You acknowledge that the Company does not guarantee correctness of outputs and that system behavior may vary depending on input structure and conditions.
4. Informational Nature of Outputs
All outputs, analytics, insights, or classifications generated by the Service are provided strictly for informational purposes. They are not definitive, authoritative, or guaranteed representations of real-world conditions. You agree that such outputs must not be solely relied upon for decision-making without independent verification.
5. No Professional Advice
The Service does not provide financial, legal, operational, tax, compliance, or business advice of any kind. Nothing generated by the Service shall be interpreted as professional advice. You are solely responsible for seeking qualified professional guidance where required.
6. Independent Decision-Making
You acknowledge that any decisions, actions, or conclusions derived from the use of the Service are made independently by you. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from decisions made based on Service outputs, including but not limited to financial loss, operational disruption, or reputational damage.

10. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary disruptions.
11. Modifications to the Service

16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your data, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the platform or other users.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
20. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
