The problem

Reputation decay is silent
until it isn't.

By the time reply rates drop, your domain's reputation has been declining for weeks. You're not losing deliverability in a single event — you're losing it incrementally, across dozens of signals, on dozens of domains.

Most agencies find out when a client calls to ask why their pipeline went cold. At that point, the damage is done.

Mash surfaces those signals early — before they compound into client churn.

Typical domain health decay — undetected

Day 1↑ Mash alerts here↑ Reply rates drop

Without monitoring, gradual decay goes unnoticed. By the time reply rates collapse, reputation recovery takes weeks — or months.

Before Mash

You find out when a client reports a problem. The damage is already done. Recovery takes weeks.

The gap

Weeks of gradual signal degradation across SPF, DKIM, bounce rates, spam traps, and inbox placement.

With Mash

Trend decay detected early. You act before reply rates fall. Client results stay stable.

Features

Built for the way agencies
actually operate.

01

Domain Health Scoring

Each domain gets a composite health score derived from SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment, blacklist presence, bounce rate trends, spam trap hits, and inbox placement signals.

Scores update daily. Historical scoring gives you a 30-day trend baseline for every domain in your fleet.

Trend Detection

Mash computes week-over-week and 30-day trends for every domain. A healthy domain with a declining trend is a warning — not a clean bill of health.

Trend alerts fire before scores fall below thresholds. Earlier signal, earlier action.

Operational Alerts

When domains cross thresholds or show sustained decline, Mash generates specific, actionable recommendations — not just warnings.

Alerts include: Reduce volume, Rotate inbox provider, Pause sending, Audit authentication, and Review sending content.

How it works

From connection to alert
in under 7 days.

01

Connect your domains

Add your sending domains via DNS records or API. Mash starts building a baseline immediately — no waiting period.

Supports all major sending infrastructure: Google Workspace, Outlook, Smartlead, Instantly, and custom SMTP setups.

02

Mash builds health baselines

Over the first 7 days, Mash establishes a performance baseline per domain — scoring across 24+ signals including authentication, blacklists, bounce rates, and inbox placement.

Baselines are domain-specific. A high-volume domain and a warmup domain have different expected ranges.

03

Trend detection runs daily

Every 24 hours, Mash computes week-over-week and 30-day trends for each domain. Sustained decline triggers an alert — even before the score crosses a warning threshold.

Trend direction is the signal. A domain scoring 80 and falling is more dangerous than one scoring 65 and stable.

04

Operational alerts fire with context

Alerts include a specific recommended action — not just a warning flag. Reduce volume. Rotate inbox provider. Pause sending. Audit authentication.

Alerts route to Slack or email. Each alert links directly to the domain's health timeline.

Signal coverage

24+ signals monitored per domain.

Health scores are not based on a single metric. Mash aggregates dozens of signals into a composite score that reflects the real deliverability risk of each domain.

Sustained 7-day score decline detected — Reduce sending volume

This domain has declined 9 points over the past 7 days (83 → 74). Inbox placement rate dropped from 94% to 87%. Bounce rate trending up. No blacklist hits yet — but trajectory indicates risk within 5–10 days at current volume.

From operators

Built with agency
operators, not for them.

We had a domain sitting at 71 health score that looked fine on the surface. Mash flagged the 8-point drop over 10 days before we noticed. Paused it, rotated, and the client never saw reply rates fall.
